Access to complaints

If you are not satisfied with our decision on your case, you always have the opportunity to appeal.

In the first instance, we would ask you to contact us again, with a request to reconsider the decision. You can do this by logging in to your page here, or by writing to us at tandforsikring@mmc.com.

If the inquiry does not lead to a satisfactory result, you can complain to the complaints officer at AmTrust.

Marsh McLennan Agency A/S then ensures that the complaint is forwarded to the complaint officer at AmTrust

If contacting the complaints officer at AmTrust does not lead to a satisfactory result, you can complain to the Insurance Complaints Agency.

Complaints to the Appeals Board for Insurance can be made online at www.ankeforsikring.dk.

When submitting the complaint, a fee set by the Appeals for Insurance Association is paid, which is paid back if you are fully or partially upheld in the complaint.
